Hair & Wigs Return Policy
Please Note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on.
At EM & Hair Co., we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Our hair is prepared and professionally packaged, everything goes through strict quality control to ensure you receive the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
An exchange may be issued on a case by case basis. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.
We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. If there is a defect in the product please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Exchange Policy
- You must contact our Exchange Department within 3 days after items are received
- Items must be shipped within 5 days after contacting the Exchange Department
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with no signs of damage
- Grooming products, intimate apparel and swimwear cannot be
- returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
- There will be a 10% restocking fee for returned items
- Please keep all shipping information in case your items are lost
- in transit
We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us
outside the terms of our Returns Policy and will ship items back at the buyers expense.
